Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NoqNoq application and related services ("App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract to use the App. If you use the App on behalf of a group or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that group or organization to these Terms.
Accounts and Groups
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep your account details up to date.
Group administrators are responsible for managing member information, birthday reminders, messages, and group settings in a lawful and respectful manner.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
- Upload, share, or distribute content that infringes the rights of others.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, other accounts, or related systems.
- Interfere with the normal operation, security, or performance of the App.
- Use contact or member data obtained through the App for unsolicited marketing outside the intended group context.
Birthday Reminders, Messaging, and Giftshop
NoqNoq provides tools for birthday reminders, group communication, and gift coordination. Message delivery may depend on third-party services, device permissions, and network conditions. We do not guarantee that every reminder or message will be delivered at a specific time.
Giftshop features may involve third-party merchants or payment providers. Any purchase, fulfillment, or dispute related to a gift transaction may also be subject to the policies of the relevant merchant or payment provider.
Contact List and Permissions
Some features may request access to your device contacts or related permissions. You may grant or revoke these permissions through your device settings. Use of contact data is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, branding, software, and content provided by NoqNoq, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App except as permitted by law or with our written consent.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or used the App in a way that creates risk or harm to NoqNoq, other users, or third parties. You may stop using the App at any time.
Disclaimer
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NoqNoq disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NoqNoq will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the App.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
